What needed solving
The client managed multiple school branches on disparate systems, with no central reporting, no consistent attendance, and constant manual workarounds for fees and academic records. The existing website was static and couldn't handle admissions or parent communication.
How we built it
We architected a single Next.js + Firebase platform with offline-first sync, hardware-bound licenses to prevent unauthorized deployment, and a Setup Wizard that lets any new school onboard in under an hour. The public website was rebuilt with a luxury feel, integrated admissions form, gallery system, and admin panel for content updates.
