What needed solving
A family food business needed to take a hand-curated product line online without the rigidity of Shopify, the cost of WooCommerce hosting, or the scaling problems of WordPress. The store had to handle product variants with multiple images, geo-aware currency, and live Razorpay integration.
How we built it
We built a Next.js static-export store on Hostinger with Firebase backend, Razorpay payments via Cloud Functions, automatic WebP image conversion for variants, and a full admin panel for unlimited products and variant management. SEO-optimized from day one with Open Graph and structured data.
