Landing pages that turn paid clicks into enquiries you can call

One page, one offer, one action: built for ad traffic on phones, wired to WhatsApp and your CRM, and priced within our published website plans.

A landing page is a single web page built for one campaign and one action, such as booking a site visit or requesting a quote. We design them for businesses running Google or Meta ads that want more enquiries from the same spend, with fast loading, lead routing to WhatsApp or a CRM, and conversion tracking.

What we build

  • 01

    One goal per page

No menu and no detours; every section leads to the single action the campaign is paying for.

  • 02

    Message match

The headline repeats the promise of the ad, so visitors know at once they are in the right place.

  • 03

    Fast on mobile data

Light pages that appear quickly on a phone, which is where most ad visitors will see them.

  • 04

    Lead routing

Each enquiry reaches WhatsApp, email, a shared sheet or your CRM within seconds, tagged with its campaign.

  • 05

    Conversion tracking

Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tags and UTM capture, so you know which ad produced which lead.

  • 06

    A/B variants

Two versions of a headline or offer run side by side to show which one brings more enquiries.

  • 07

    Consent built in

Plain notice and consent wording on every form, so personal data is collected properly from the start.

Who this is for

A developer selling plots in a new layout outside Trichy spends on Meta and Google ads every weekend. The ads send people to the company's home page, which opens with the founder's story, three older projects and a photo gallery. Visitors scroll, find no obvious way to book a site visit, and leave. The ad did its job; the page did not. A landing page closes that gap: it is built for this layout, this offer and this one action, and nothing else. If you pay for clicks from Google, Meta or YouTube and judge results by enquiries rather than likes, this service is for you. Property firms that want to follow each lead through to registration can pair it with software for real estate agencies.

What a campaign page includes

  • A single goal: book a site visit, request a quote, claim a free consultation. There is no navigation menu leading people away from it.
  • Message match: if the ad promises DTCP-approved plots near the bypass, the headline says exactly that, with the approval details and a location map directly below.
  • Speed: paid visitors arrive on phones over mobile data, and every second of blank screen loses people you have already paid for. Google measures loading and stability through Core Web Vitals, and Google Ads rates landing page experience as part of the Quality Score that influences your cost per click.
  • Lead routing: each form entry goes to WhatsApp, email and a shared sheet or a custom CRM at once, tagged with the ad and keyword that produced it, so a salesperson can call while the click is still fresh in the visitor's mind.
  • Tracking: Meta Pixel with the Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tags and a thank-you page, so the ad platforms learn to find people who enquire rather than people who merely click.
  • Variants: two versions of the page with a different headline or offer, and traffic split between them.

Calls, WhatsApp and lead quality

Many buyers here would rather talk than type, so the strongest landing pages offer both routes: a short form for a call back, and a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the project name already filled in. Lead quality matters more than lead count, so the form asks only what the sales team needs, usually a name, a phone number and one qualifying question such as budget or preferred visit date. When junk leads become a problem, an OTP check on the phone number filters out mistyped and fake numbers. Forms carry plain consent wording so personal data is collected the way India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act expects. Running cost is just hosting, which the published plans include for the first year.

From brief to first lead

Send us the ad copy, the offer and the name of whoever will answer the leads. We draft the structure and wording first, design the page on a phone screen, connect the form and tracking, and then send a test lead all the way through before any money is spent on traffic. In the first week of live traffic, watch three things: where visitors stop scrolling, which form field people abandon, and whether every lead reached the right person within minutes. Anything that does not work as built during that period is covered by the 14-day correction window.

How landing pages are priced

Landing pages are priced within our published website plans rather than as a separate product. A single campaign page with its lead form, thank-you page and privacy page fits the Basic plan at ₹13,999, which allows five pages. WhatsApp integration and Google Analytics come with Standard at ₹20,999, whose ten pages leave room for several campaigns, and Premium at ₹28,999 adds CRM-connected lead capture and a content management system so your marketing team can publish new pages themselves. Each A/B variant is simply another page, so it counts towards the plan's page total. Ad spend and campaign management are not part of any plan.

When instant lead forms are enough

If your sales team can call every lead within minutes and you mainly need volume, Meta's instant forms, which open inside Facebook or Instagram with the person's details pre-filled, may be enough on their own. Because submitting takes a single tap, they tend to bring more leads and more casual ones. Google's lead form assets do something similar for search ads. Our guide to a landing page versus a full website explains which tool fits which job. Build a dedicated landing page with VS Tech Builders when leads need qualifying, when you want the data in your own systems, or when the same page will run across several ad platforms.

Frequently asked questions

How many fields should a lead form have?

As few as your sales team can work with, usually three: name, phone number and one qualifying question. Each extra field gives people another reason to give up halfway, so every field has to earn its place by helping you decide whom to call first. If you need more detail, ask for it on the thank-you page or during the call, when the person has already shown real interest.

Can leads go straight to our sales team on WhatsApp?

Yes. Each submission can be sent as a WhatsApp message to a salesperson or a group, alongside email and a sheet or CRM entry, with the campaign and keyword attached. For higher volumes we use the WhatsApp Business API with an approved message template, which can also send the enquirer an automatic acknowledgement. Leads can rotate between salespeople so that no single person is swamped.

Can one landing page serve several ad campaigns?

Only when the campaigns make the same promise to the same audience. A page for first-time plot buyers and one for investors should differ, because those people respond to different reasons and worry about different risks. A practical approach is one page per offer, with the headline adjusted by keyword or ad set, so every visitor sees wording that matches what they clicked.

How soon will we know whether the page is working?

That depends on traffic more than on time. A comparison between two versions means little until each has had enough visitors and enough leads, so with a modest daily budget allow a few weeks of steady spend before judging a variant. Test big differences first, such as a different offer or headline, because small changes like button colour need far more traffic to show a reliable result.

Do you run the ads as well?

Campaign management and ad spend sit outside the published website plans and can be quoted separately if you need them. You can also keep your existing agency or in-house marketer for the ads and use us for the page, the form, lead routing and tracking. We set the tracking up so that whoever runs the ads can see which keywords and audiences produced real enquiries, not just clicks.
